Terms of Reference – Resource Allocation Group (RAG)

Context

The Resource Allocation Group (RAG) is responsible for ensuring that the Resource Allocation policy has been followed and for making a report to the Executive Committee to ensure that this is done.

Terms of Reference

1. To review work done in preparation of the Budget.
2. To report to ExCo that the proposed levels of revenue and the allocation of operating expenditure as proposed in the budget are in line with the Resource Allocation Policy and the Financial Management Strategy and support the University’s Strategic Plan.

Director of Finance (Chair)

Director of Resourcing and Operations (Secretary)

Dean of Northeastern University London

Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs

Director of Business and Partnership Development & Apprenticeships

Deputy Dean and Associate Dean of Enterprise and Innovation

Director of Admissions, Recruitment, Marketing and Visa

Assistant Vice President of Academic Services and Student Engagement (Registrar)

Quorum

Meetings will be quorate when the Chair and 50% of the membership are present.

Frequency

RAG will meet as per the Resource Allocation Policy
