Spend up to 18 months overseas at our campuses in Boston or other North American locations. Depending on where you choose to spend your final year, you may be eligible for Post Study Work Visas in the U.K. or Optional Practical Training in the States.
What are my options?
As a full-time undergraduate student, you have two options to earn a unique double degree option with just one additional year of study, granting you work rights in both the U.S. and U.K.
- Double bachelor’s degree: a U.K.-validated degree earned during your three-year study at Northeastern University London, plus a U.S.-validated degree in the same discipline with just one additional undergraduate year at Northeastern’s Boston campus.
- Undergraduate plus master’s degree: a U.K.-validated undergraduate degree at Northeastern University London, plus a master’s degree at one of Northeastern’s campuses in the U.S. or Canada. The masters could be as short as a year although not guaranteed this length.
How long is my programme?
Northeastern University London’s double degree programme comprises four-years of study:
- Students will spend the first three years studying at Northeastern University London, with the option to study overseas on Northeastern’s campus in Boston during the second semester in their second year.
- Students will spend their entire fourth year studying at Northeastern’s campus in Boston.
