About Ahmad Alnajadah

Dr. Ahmad Alnajadah is an Assistant Professor in Business at Northeastern University London, where he teaches Marketing and International Business to Level 4 (first-year) undergraduate students and Business Fundamentals to working professionals in the apprenticeship programme. He is a dedicated educator with a proven track record of excellence in teaching and a commitment to advancing higher education. He received an Associate Fellowship from Advance HE in recognition of his innovative teaching and student-cantered approach. He also received a teaching award by Senior Faculty, further validating his exceptional skills and dedication to enhancing students’ success and learning experience.

Dr. Alnajadah received a Ph.D. from the Department of Management, Leadership and Organisations at Middlesex University (UK). His doctoral research explores the socio- economic, environmental and, more specifically, personal factors influencing residential place satisfaction in the multidisciplinary field of place marketing and branding. He received an MBA from Kuwait University and a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Marquette University (USA).

Before pursuing a career in academia, Dr. Alnajadah possessed valuable experience working as a marketing executive for BBDO (a worldwide advertising agency network) and several commercial sectors, including financial services, telecommunication, travel, automotive, electronics, and home furniture. He also worked in several marketing and exhibition-related roles for Dar al-Athar al-Islamiyyah (DAI), a cultural organization based around the private art collection of the al-Sabah Family. He also served as an organizational representative for DAI at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for a series of rehabilitation projects in Kuwait, which included developing a training program for Kuwaiti nationals in cultural communication strategy and media program for museums. This diversity enables him to cover a range of business topics with complete confidence.
