Northeastern University London’s digital skills bootcamp in service design and management offers you a flexible, cost-effective way to upskill staff in their ServiceNow capabilities. As part of the government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee and Plan for Jobs, employers can access training at a reduced rate, paying only a 10% or 30% contribution—depending on your organisation’s size.

Duration: 12 weeks
Delivery
Week 1: Full-time, online. These are live teaching events and attendance is mandatory.
Weeks 2-12: Flexible online for 10-14 hours a week, with some 3-4 hours of live teaching sessions, which we encourage you to join at their scheduled time where possible, with recordings available if you cannot attend.
Workshops: 4 x in-person workshops, typically on a Friday, at our central London campus.
Career outcomes
The skills bootcamp is designed to help existing employees develop and progress within their current role or to grow into a new role or promotion.
- Related apprenticeships include: data analyst, business analyst, data scientist, and digital and technology solutions professional.
- Additional career pathways include: IT consultant, IT project manager, ServiceNow practitioner, informatics and database specialist, ServiceNow developer, system administrator.

Information Needs Assessment (INA): one of our training specialists will confirm that the training meets your needs.

Onboarding: you and your employee(s) will complete the onboarding documents shared with you.

Plan time for training: in particular the first week of the course, which is full-time online, and the four in-person workshops.
