Biography
Dr Tim Davis was appointed as a Lecturer in Mathematics in August 2024. In the previous academic year, he was the Mathematics Tutor at Northeastern University London.
Before joining Northeastern University London he completed his PhD in mathematics at Queen Mary, University London. His undergraduate degree in mathematics was completed in 2019 at the University of Reading.
Research
Tim’s research is in the area of number theory. Specifically, he is interested in the arithmetic and algebraic properties of the Fourier coefficients of automorphic forms. He studies these objects from both a classical and adelic viewpoint.
