Assisting you every step of the way

Throughout your studies, you’ll have personalised support and resources to help you make the most of your university experience. Our dedicated advisors can help you navigate university life, with confidential guidance on everything from medical conditions and mental health to finances, learning support, and adjusting to campus as an international student.

Helplines and listening services

Your health and welfare mean everything to us. That’s why we have helplines and listening services in place. Let us guide you when needed.

    Samaritans

    Free service that you can use any time, day or night. If you need someone to talk to, call 116 123.

    Health clinics

    We strongly recommend that you register with a local doctor within two weeks of arrival on campus.

Report and support

If you or someone you know has experienced or witnessed sexual violence, microaggression or any form of harassment, discrimination or hate you can report it anonymously, or report it and get support from a trained member of professional staff.
