Digital Skills Bootcamp in Service Design & Management

We are excited to be partnering with ServiceNow to deliver digital skills bootcamps in Service Design & Management with cohorts beginning in June 2024, September 2024, and January 2025. As part of the government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee and Plan for Jobs, this fully funded 12 week programme is designed to equip you to secure your first job in tech.

Curriculum covers IT service management, low-code development and customer experience design and will prepare you for roles like technology consultant, systems administrator or project manager. The course format is primarily flexible, online learning with 4 in-person workshops at our central London campus. It is open to those aged 19+ and living in London or neighbouring areas.
