Eligibility Requirements: Digital Skills Bootcamp in Service Design & Management
- Be ready to start a new career in digital and committed to completing a job interview on completion
- Be 19 years of age or older
- Live in one of 32 London boroughs, City of London, or greater London surrounding areas (see the map below for what qualifies as greater London “fringe” areas).
- Have the right to live and work in the UK for the programme duration to be able to pursue a job role on completion
- Have lived in the UK, EU or EEA for at least the previous three years at the start of the Skills Bootcamp course you are applying for. Have a prior level 3 qualification (e.g. A Level, BTEC) or equivalent work experience.

You will not be eligible if:
- You have already completed a similar course or learning on a similar topic at the same or higher level and this programme duplicates any element of training received.
- You have attended a Skills Bootcamp with any provider since March 2024 or are planning to attend another Skills Bootcamp at the same time or before April 2025.
Commitment we look for:
- Able to commit to 10-14 hours study time each week, for 12 consecutive weeks.
- Available to attend scheduled classes and welcome sessions, including:
- Full week of online attendance at start of the course
- 4 x in-person workshops at NU London campus
- Flexibly scheduled, online classes at least once per week
- Committed to moving into a digital career
- Comfortable working independently and self-motivated to complete online learning.
- Interest in and drive to learn more about information technology and how data management and workflow systems are used to drive performance
- Access to a computer and the internet, and a suitable quiet space to study
