Travel Checklist
To make your move to the UK as smooth as possible we would recommend for you to tick off the following travel checklist before arriving to London:
- Check the current quarantine/COVID requirements on the Government Website
- Ensure that you have arranged your accommodation
- Make sure your passport is in date and bring a copy just in case
- Complete your visa application correctly to get your visa
- Check your luggage weight against your airline’s allowances
- Bring original copies (and translations) of relevant certificates and examination results for College registration (if applicable)
- Check your government’s restrictions on taking money out of the country
- Make sure you bring with you enough prescribed medicine for the duration of your stay as you might not find them in the UK without a supporting doctor’s note
Here is also a list of useful things to bring with you to the UK:
- Enrolment documents and accommodation details
- Credit Card and/or British Pounds (£)
- Insurance documents (if applicable)
- Adaptor for non-British plugs (in the UK we use three-pin plugs and the power is 240 volts)
- Laptop
- Face covering, hand gel
- Vaccination Details
Entry and Immigration to the UK
