International Students Studying Abroad

Northeastern University London (the University) is committed to ensuring full compliance with UKVI sponsorship duties during a student’s period of study in the UK and abroad, especially when the student intends to return to the UK to continue or complete their programme.

While the University will maintain sponsorship for the student’s visa during their time abroad, allowing their UK visa to remain valid, UKVI will review the University’s reports regarding the student. Should the student fail to meet any visa requirements, they may be refused re-entry into the UK upon their return from studying abroad. Therefore, it is very important that the University students going to study abroad must understand and comply with the requirements of the University and UKVI.

Student Responsibilities While Studying Abroad
