This session will introduce the Student Support and Development (SSD) Team, and will outline the broad and holistic range of services available to all students at Northeastern University London.

These include general pastoral support such as advice and guidance on financial matters, including budgeting, and more specialist support for students with medical conditions, disabilities, and specific learning difficulties, as well as mental health support. We will also talk about the support for care leavers and estranged students.

We will discuss the support and accommodations that can be put in place for disabled students through a Learning Support Plan, and we will cover some of the external services that we partner with to provide counselling, coaching and out of hours support.

You’ll find out not only how you can access services when you enrol at Northeastern University London, but also how you can connect with the SSD Team now, prior to enrolment, to facilitate your smooth transition to university.

This session is open to all Offer Holders and their friends and family. It will run as a webinar, with ample time for Q&A.
